There are many awesome activities your group can do right here at KVCC, as well as heaps of local attractions, recreational, educational and historical places to visit. Below you will find information on KVCC activities, the most popular local attractions, and some suggested optional services we can provide to bring it all together for you.

Health & Safety Risk Analysis Management Systems (RAMS) sheets on camp activities are available on request.
OFF-SITE ACTIVITIES
There are many recreational, educational, and historical activities in the area that you can do. Below are a few of the more popular ones - for a more comprehensive list and contact details see our 'The Area' page.
• DOC Headquarters - with outdoor model kauri dam, audio visuals and museum.
• The DOC 'Pinnacles Hut' (sleeps 80)
• Thames Goldmine & Stamper Battery
• Abseiling & Adventure Tours - Golden Opportunities
• Historic Bush Walks - particulary the 'Billy Goat Track'
• Hot Water Pools (Miranda)
