Each school holiday the staff at Kauaeranga Valley Christian Camp plan and run the childrens holiday camps. These are residential camps and the children are able to take part in a range of activities and games, are provided with heaps of food and are encouraged to hear the life saving message of Salvation.

The children are allocated to teams and these teams are led by trained senior leaders, usually aged 17 and older, who in turn are supported by junior leaders (15-17 yrs). We also encourage young people aged 13-15 years old to consider being Pit Crew, who are essentially leaders in training.

We are always looking for young people who wish to develop or improve their leadership skills through involvement at these childrens camps.Or, if you have experienced camp as a child and would like to make it possible for others to have the same opportunity then we would like to encourage you to come and be involved.

The Camps 2012 booklet was mailed to everyone on our mailing list in November 2011. This is a new way to let you know about the dates and times of upcoming camps, which we hope helps you when planning activities for the school holidays.

The booklet tells you what the camp themes are for January, April, July and October giving you the actual dates and the dates for the Teen Camps next summer too.
The booklet has 4 registration forms in it and all you have to do is to pull it out from the booklet and complete one per camp, stating the camp you wish to attend on the form. Each form can accommodate 2 childrens details and if you need more forms you can download the Registration Form from the website or email the office for one.

Arrive at 3.00pm on Sunday and depart the following Friday at 3.00 laden with memories and maybe some of the creations you have managed to craft together.
